As an Order Management Process Expert (1 Year Fixed Term) at INNIO, you will focus on maintaining operational continuity, supporting ongoing process improvements, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer within the OM team during the maternity leave period. The main objective is to contribute to the optimization of daily Order Management processes, with a strong focus on training material maintenance, local process enhancements, and internal communication support, including the preparation and management of the team newsletter. The successful candidate will support both internal initiatives and cross-functional driven improvements, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and effective team enablement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand local and business-specific process nuances within Order Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for OM daily operations, based on internal observations and external feedback.
  • Maintain and regularly update training materials, supporting documentation, and onboarding content for OM team members.
  • Prepare and curate the OM team newsletter, collecting updates and sharing key information regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Development team to support process stability and minor development projects.
  • Act as a bridge between users and system/process owners to support change implementation and adoption.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a supporting stakeholder or contributor.
  • Comply with EHS guidelines and organizational policies.

Your Profile:

  • University/college degree (preferably Economics, Finance, Logistics, Business).
  • 3–5+ years’ relevant experience (O2C, Finance Ops, Customer Service).
  • Experience in process development, change management, or project support.
  • Exposure to training design/facilitation.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), other languages a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills; Power Automate/Copilot a bonus.
  • Experience in multinational/matrixed environments preferred.
